Worcestershire Nuts


110 g shelled walnuts
110 g shelled pecans
4 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


1. Preheat the oven to 150°C/Gas Mark 2.

2. Spread the nuts in a shallow baking tin and stir in the butter, coating all the nuts.

3. Roast for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and stir in the Worcestershire sauce.

4. Roast for another 10 minutes.

Yield:- 8 servings, each with 6 grams of carbohydrate and 2 grams of fibre, for a total of 4 grams of usable carbs and 3 grams of protein.
