Mixed Green Salad

Try one of the pre-packaged salad combinations that contain greens of contrasting colours, textures and flavours.


6 cups (300 g) mixed salad greens, torn into bite-size pieces
1 celery stalk, sliced
green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
sweet red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil and cilantro
2 to 3 tablespoons French Dressing


Serves: 6


In a bowl, toss greens, celery, bell pepper, onion, and fresh herbs together. Add dressing and toss again to coat.
