Café Con Miel


2 cups prepared coffee, (fresh, instant or decaf)
˝ cup milk
4 tablespoons honey, more or less to taste
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg or allspice
Drop of vanilla


Heat ingredients in a saucepan, but do not boil. Stir well to combine. Serve as a light dessert.
