Hot And Spicy Pecans


¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
8 to 10 dashes Tabasco sauce or favorite hot pepper sauce
1 pound pecans


Serves: 8


Preheat oven to 300°F . Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.

Combine the oil, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and hot pep­per sauce in a large bowl and blend well. Add the pecans and stir until they are completely coated with the oil mixture. Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, turn­ing the pecans after 15 minutes. Allow the pecans to cool before stor­ing in airtight container.
