White Wine Punch

Ingredients

3 bottles dry white wine, well chilled
- bottle dry sherry
4-6 tablespoons Curacao or Grand Marnier
900 ml/1 pints tonic water, well chilled, or 450 ml/ pint each tonic water and lemonade, well chilled
Crushed ice

TO DECORATE:

Cucumber slices
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 apple, cored and sliced

Method

1 Pour the white wine, sherry, Curacao or Grand Marnier into a large bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until required.


2 Just before serving, add the tonic water or tonic water and lemonade mixture.


3 To serve, put a handful of crushed ice into the bottom of serving jugs and add the punch. Decorate the jugs of punch with the cucumber, orange, lemon and apple slices.
